Cosen M5 CNC Automatic Mitre Bandsaw

The Cosen M5 is a heavy-duty CNC automatic double mitre-cutting bandsaw designed for structural steel, fabrication workshops, and high-volume steel processing applications.

With automatic programmable mitre angle positioning from +60° to -60°, the M5 allows operators to program cutting length, quantity, and angle through the CNC control. The machine is suitable for cutting beams, channels, profiles, RHS, pipe, and general steel sections with strong accuracy and repeatability.

The machine features servo material feeding, a 2.1 metre single feeding stroke, hydraulic blade tensioning, carbide blade guides, automatic kerf loss compensation, and powered mitre positioning. The 10° blade cant is designed to improve cutting performance on structural steel sections.
