- Independent Travelling Drills: Each of the three drill heads travels independently in all directions, allowing all holes within range to be drilled without the need to re-index and re-clamp the workpiece.
- Positioning Compensation: The workpiece positioning error caused by inertia is compensated by the positioning of each drill.
- Flange and Web Supports: Flange supports prevent movement caused by the force of the top drill, while web supports prevent thinner webs from bending under drilling pressure.
- Double Mitre Cutting: The saw can perform mitre cuts both left and right, fully controlled by the CNC, which automatically rotates to the correct angle.
- Optimised Cutting: Blade speed and feed rate are automatically adjusted according to the profile, with the machine constantly reading the cutting resistance from the blade.
