Daito-Seiki agent for Australia & New Zealand

CNC structural steel processing machines from Daito-Seiki, Japan

CNC Drilling, Sawing, Robotic Plasma Cutting and Automated Welding.

What Daito-Seiki build

Daito-Seiki builds structural steel processing machinery in Japan: drill and saw lines, combined drilling, coping and marking lines, plasma coping robots, servo bandsaws, mill bevel machines and automated beam welding. Machines can be combined into a single production line, linked by roller tables and material handling.

The machines are built for production steel fabrication. Carbide drilling at high speed, accurate double mitre sawing and robotic coping are programmed from CAD files, so parts come off the line ready to assemble.

Why Daito-Seiki

Japanese-built structural steel lines, designed to run all shift and keep running for years.

Japanese build quality

Designed and built in Japan, with heavy frames, proven drives and controls, and machines that hold their accuracy over a long production life.

One line, drilling to welding

Drilling, sawing, coping, marking, bevelling and welding from one maker, linked by roller tables and material handling into a single production line.

Programmed from CAD

Parts are programmed from Tekla and other CAD files, so operators load data instead of measuring and marking out by hand.

Built to run all shift

Automatic feeding, measuring and tool changing keep the machines cutting with minimal operator involvement.
