The Technomark Graphix Series is an all-in-one fibre laser marking station, with the laser source, control unit, marking head and screen built into one enclosure. It comes in two models: the Graphix with a 400 mm Z axis for tall parts, and the Graphix Plus with an electric door and motorised X axis for small series work.

Both mark text, serial numbers, logos, barcodes and Datamatrix codes on metals and plastics, through a 100 x 100 or 140 x 140 mm window. An on-board camera shows the part on screen so marks are placed directly onto it, and the materials database sets up new files in a few clicks.

Key features

Two models

The Graphix has a 400 mm motorised Z axis and a two-position assisted door, suited to tall parts and one-off marking. The Graphix Plus adds a motorised X axis and an electric door with a 580 mm opening, suited to small series across a wider table.

All-in-one station

The laser source, control unit, marking head, screen, keyboard and mouse are built into one station. One Ethernet and three USB ports connect it to the network and to external storage, and the marking area is lit for loading and checking parts.

Assisted or electric door

The Graphix door is assisted and opens to two positions, with optional single or double side openings for long parts. The Graphix Plus door is electric, opens 580 mm at the press of a button, and has a 250 x 225 mm side opening.

Z and X axes

The Graphix has an electric column with 400 mm of useful Z stroke for tall parts. The Graphix Plus has a programmable Z axis and a motorised X axis that moves the head across 475 mm, so several parts are marked in one setup.

Smart View camera

A camera in the marking head shows the part on screen, and text, codes and logos are placed and previewed directly on the live image. Setup is faster and positioning errors are caught before the laser fires.

Materials database

Marking files are created by choosing the material, then setting the result for depth, contrast or speed, with advanced settings for experienced operators. Creation and production modes separate file setup from day-to-day marking.

Multi-level marking

Marks are applied at different heights of one part, including stepped and curved surfaces, in a single run. The laser path is optimised in three dimensions, so the part does not need repositioning between levels.

Rotary axis option

An optional rotary axis turns cylindrical parts under the head for marking around shafts, rings and housings. Straight, angular and radial layouts are set from the same software as flat parts.
