The Technomark Combo is a 2-in-1 dot peen marker that works as a bench station and as a wireless portable unit. On the column it marks small and medium parts up to 290 mm high; lifted off, the same head marks large, heavy or fixed parts up to 10 m from the controller.

Changing between the two takes less than 10 seconds without tools. The head has a 120 x 60 mm window, marks parts up to 63 HRC, and Intelligent Driving Impact keeps the stylus at the right distance over uneven surfaces of 3 to 8 mm. A 10-inch controller holds the marking files, data import and a predictive maintenance module.

Key features

2-in-1 bench and portable

The head clips into the column holder for bench marking and lifts out to work as a wireless portable unit, in less than 10 seconds without tools. One machine covers small parts at the bench and large, heavy or fixed parts in the workshop.

Benchtop column with Quick Shift

The column takes parts up to 290 mm high, or more with the 150 mm extension, and Quick Shift resets its height quickly between different parts. The T-slot base takes a plate holder, rotary axis and other clamping.

Intelligent Driving Impact

IDI automatically adjusts the distance between stylus and part during marking, so one mark runs across uneven surfaces with 3 to 8 mm of height variation. Depth stays even without resetting the column for each step in the part.

Portable mode

Off the column, the 3.2 kg head connects to the controller over secure Wi-Fi at up to 10 m and pairs automatically by RFID. The 5-in-1 support foot sets it on flat parts, cylinders and steel without a fixture.

Energy select

The head runs on its 22 V lithium-ion battery for light to deep marking, or on mains power for deep marking, heavy use and bench mode. Plug-in hybrid mode keeps production going when the battery runs low.

10-inch controller

Marks are set up in three clicks on a 10-inch tempered glass touch screen, which also controls the rotary axis and runs a predictive maintenance module. The controller runs on 220 V, connects by Ethernet and has 3 USB ports for a keyboard, code reader or USB stick.

Controller holders

The controller mounts in a Light bench holder, an Upgraded arm on the column, or a Full mobile trolley carrying the column, head and controller together. VESA 100 fixings suit other mounting arrangements.

Rotary D axis option

An optional software-controlled rotary axis holds cylindrical parts up to 80 mm diameter and 10 kg for marking around the circumference. It connects to the head and is driven from the controller.
