Cosen at a glance
What Cosen actually build
Cosen have been building metal cutting bandsaws in Hsinchu, Taiwan since 1976, and not much else. The range runs from manual and semi-automatic machines through NC and CNC automatics to large gantry and carbide-tipped saws, with cutting capacity from around 200 mm up to 2,200 mm.
That is roughly 140 models, so the saw that suits a job usually exists rather than having to be compromised into the nearest size. Cosen employ over 150 people, sell into more than 80 countries, and were named the leading sawing equipment brand by Metal Center News in the United States in 2015, 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Why we import Cosen
One product, done properly
Fifty years on bandsaws and very little else. It shows in the gearboxes, the blade guides and whether a machine still holds a square cut after a few years of production.
A range that covers the work
Around 140 models from roughly 200 mm to 2,200 mm capacity. A shop can start on a manual machine and step up to a CNC automatic later without changing brand or retraining anyone.
Built to be run all shift
These are production saws rather than light-duty machines with a heavy-duty badge. Cosen build for construction, automotive, transport and wind, where the saw is expected to keep cutting.
A known quantity
Cosen have exported since the late 1980s and sell into more than 80 countries. Parts, blades and manuals exist, and the machines are not an orphan design that disappears in five years.
