The Titan WADE is an electro-hydraulic CNC press brake with independent Y1 and Y2 cylinder control, proportional hydraulics, motor-driven crowning and an X and R servo backgauge, supplied with the Delem DA-53TX controller as standard. The range runs from 50 t x 1300 mm to 300 t x 6000 mm.

It suits brackets, folded sections, enclosures and general fabrication where repeatable angles and quick setup matter more than complex offline programming. Light curtains are supplied as standard.

Delem DA-53TX controller

The Delem DA-53TX is supplied as standard, with ACS930S and ACS990 controllers available as options. Bend programs are stored with ram and backgauge positions, so repeat jobs are recalled from the controller rather than set up again.

Closed-loop Y1/Y2 ram control

Independent cylinder control with position feedback and proportional hydraulics keeps both ends of the ram in step with the programmed stroke. Angles stay consistent along the bend, including off-centre and part-length work.

X and R servo backgauge

The X axis sets flange length over 500 mm of travel and the R axis sets finger height, both programmed with each bend. The operator loads the sheet against the fingers instead of measuring and setting stops by hand.

Additional backgauge axes

Extra axes and finger layouts are available where a part needs references a two-axis gauge cannot reach. Axes are chosen from the drawings and bend sequence at quotation, so the machine is configured for the work it will run.

Motor-driven crowning

Motorised crowning in the lower beam compensates for deflection under load along the working length. Long bends hold the same angle in the middle as at the ends, without shimming or trial bends.

Tool clamping

Quick-release or pneumatic clamping holds punches at a fixed working reference. Segmented tooling loads and unloads along the beam without dismantling the clamp, which shortens changeover between jobs.
