The Titan WAD is an electro-hydraulic CNC press brake with independent Y1 and Y2 ram control, motor-driven crowning and a servo backgauge, supplied with the Delem DA-53T as standard and the DA-58T, DA-66T or DA-69T available. The range runs from 50 t x 1300 mm to 300 t x 6000 mm.

It suits job shops and production lines that program complex parts, run multi-axis backgauges or want 2D and 3D graphical programming at the machine. Light curtains are supplied as standard.

Delem CNC control

The Delem DA-53T is supplied as standard, with the DA-58T, DA-66T and DA-69T adding 2D and 3D graphical programming, and the ESA S640 as an alternative. Bend sequences and axis positions are stored, so repeat parts run straight from the program.

Independent Y1/Y2 ram control

Separate position feedback on the left and right cylinders adjusts the hydraulics against the programmed ram position through the stroke. Angle stays consistent end to end, including off-centre bends and short parts.

X and R servo backgauge

X sets flange length and R sets finger height, both servo-driven and programmed with each bend. Extra axes and finger layouts are available for parts that need more references.

Tooling matched to the work

Punch profile and die opening are selected for the parts and line load at quotation. Segmented tooling lets one set cover short flanges, boxes and full-length bends.

Quick or pneumatic clamping

Quick-release or pneumatic clamping holds tools at their working reference. Pneumatic clamping locks and releases the full length of tooling at once, cutting changeover time on short-run work.

Motor-driven crowning

Motorised crowning compensates for deflection under load along the working length. Long parts come off with the same angle across the full bend, without shimming the die.

Hybrid servo pump drive (optional)

The hydraulic pump can be driven by a servo motor that runs only while the ram is moving. Energy use can fall by up to 40 percent, with lower oil temperature and noise than a constant-speed pump.
