This version of the OMSG Lauco is built for aluminium extrusions: window and door frames, furniture profiles and architectural sections. Profiles are laid on a modular external roller conveyor that carries them through a blast chamber fitted with four or more wheels, depending on the model.
Blasting gives extrusions a uniform satin finish and removes extrusion marks and die lines. Used ahead of chemical pickling it shortens pickling time and reduces metal loss. Automatic systems at the exit remove abrasive from the profile before it moves on to the next finishing stage.

Modular roller conveyor
Profiles are placed on a modular external conveyor that runs through the blast chamber. Conveyor length is extended in sections to suit the longest extrusion and the space for loading and unloading.
Uniform surface finish
Wheels positioned around the profile give an even finish along the full length. Extrusions come out consistent from batch to batch, ready for the next finishing stage.
Defect removal with less pickling
Blasting removes die lines and extrusion marks before chemical pickling. Pickling time is reduced and less aluminium is lost from the profile than with chemical treatment alone.
Automatic abrasive removal
Brushing and blowing at the exit clear abrasive from the profile surface. Profiles leave the machine clean, without manual blow-down.
