Kotec Material Handling Line Systems
Bring your infeed, processing and outfeed together.
A Kotec line system brings lift and carry carts, roller tables and alignment equipment together into one line around a bandsaw, beam line or other processing machine. Material is loaded, aligned, fed through the machine, carried away and unloaded in one flow, without dragging it across steel or lifting it by crane at each step.

Key features
1. Loading
Standard lift and carry carts, approximately 500 to 600 mm wide, lift material from the loading area, carry it across on floor rails and lower it onto the infeed roller table. No crane and no dragging.
2. Infeed and Alignment
Free rollers support the full length. Pushers move skewed material against the vertical alignment rollers to set the datum, and pop-up powered rollers drive long lengths into the machine.
3. Processing
The roller tables support the material as it moves through the bandsaw, beam line or other machine, so long lengths stay level and in line while they are cut or processed.
4. Outfeed
Powered, close-pitch roller tables carry processed material away from the machine. Short pieces stay supported instead of dropping between rollers.
5. Unloading
Slim lift and carry carts fit tightly between the adjoining outfeed roller tables, keeping the gaps small so shorter pieces transfer across without bottlenecks. They lift processed material off the outfeed and carry it to the unloading area, clearing the line for the next length.
Independent Controls
Each powered section and the carts run from their own operation box with a forward and back joystick. An electrical cabinet and hydraulic unit are supplied when the layout needs them.
