Kotec roller tables support and move long material into and out of bandsaws, beam lines and other processing machines. Infeed tables carry full-length material to the machine and align it to the datum line. Outfeed tables carry processed pieces away. Every table is built on a heavy welded steel frame with thick-wall rollers on solid shafts running in pillow block bearings.

Key features

Heavy-Duty Free Rollers

Free roller tables carry full-length material on the infeed. The thick steel frame, thick-wall rollers and pillow block bearings take the weight of beam and bar without flexing, and the rollers turn freely so material moves with little effort.

Vertical Alignment Rollers

Vertical rollers along one side of the infeed set the datum line for the machine. Material runs against them, so every length enters the saw or beam line in the same position.

Alignment Pushers

Pushers move skewed material across against the vertical rollers. Material is square to the datum before it reaches the machine, without an operator levering it into place.

Pop-Up Powered Rollers

Pop-up rollers lift above the level of the free rollers and drive long lengths forward or back. Long material is fed without fitting a powered roller to every station on the infeed.

Powered Outfeed Rollers

On the outfeed, a motor drives every roller through a guarded chain. Processed material is carried away from the machine as soon as it is cut, keeping the exit clear for the next piece.

Close-Pitch Rollers for Short Pieces

Outfeed rollers are set close together, so short cut pieces stay supported. They are less likely to drop between rollers or jam on the way out.

Independent Controls

Powered sections run from their own operation box with power and overload lamps and a forward and back joystick. An electrical cabinet and hydraulic unit are supplied when the layout needs them.
