AORE Z Series Four-Chuck CNC Tube Laser
Four-chuck fibre laser for long, heavy tube and structural sections
The AORE Z Series is a four-chuck fibre laser for cutting long, large-diameter tube and structural sections. Three front chucks and one rear chuck clamp and support the material through feeding, rotation and cutting, so heavy lengths stay steady at the cutting head.
Four models cover chuck sizes from 280 to 650 mm, cutting round tube from Ø20 to Ø640 mm. Laser power (6, 12 or 20 kW) and bed length (9 to 18 m) are chosen to suit your largest section, stock lengths and part mix. Bevel cutting and automatic loading and unloading are standard.

Fully floating four-chuck design
Four chucks share the work of clamping and supporting the section, so long and heavy material is held at more points along its length. Large-diameter sections stay steady at the cutting head without extra manual support.
Cutting, loading and unloading at the same time
The next length is loaded and finished parts are unloaded while the current length is being cut, rather than one after the other. The machine spends less time waiting between lengths.
Three front chucks, one rear chuck
Three front chucks and one rear chuck handle a wide range of tube-end processing. Sealed chucks keep sparks and slag out of the jaws, helping them hold clamping accuracy over long-term use.
Full-length tube cutting with zero tailing
The four chucks pass the material between them so the cutting head reaches the end of the bar. The whole bar is cut into parts with no end remnant, which counts most on heavy sections where the offcut is the most expensive steel on the bar.
Automatic loading and unloading
Automatic loading, centring and finished-part unloading are standard for 9, 12, 15 and 18 m material lengths. The operator supervises the cycle rather than handling material.
Bevel cutting head
A tilting cutting head cuts the edge at an angle, producing weld preparation in the same program as the profile. Bevelled ends and copes come off the machine ready to fit. Fitted as standard on every Z Series model.
Safety guarding and full enclosure
Safety guarding and light curtains are standard; the light curtains monitor the working area and stop the machine if it is entered during operation. Full guarding is an option that encloses the machine, keeping operators outside while it cuts, loads and unloads, and contains sparks, fume and spatter. It can be paired with an additional advanced dust extraction system to draw fume out of the workshop.

Section capacities are for the standard chuck jaws, with a minimum wall thickness of 0.8 mm for clamping. Weight, speed and acceleration are AORE published figures; Z28 figures are confirmed at quotation. Finished-part accuracy depends on material straightness, wall thickness and cutting conditions.
