AORE V Series High-Speed Tube Laser
High-speed tube laser for tube and light sections to 360 mm
The AORE V Series is a fibre tube laser built for fast cutting of round, square and rectangular tube and light open sections. Supports follow the tube from loading to unloading, and a front-shift chuck keeps the end remnant short.
Five models cover chuck sizes from 120 to 360 mm, with laser power of 3, 6 or 12 kW and processing lengths of 6.5, 9 or 12 m. Automatic loading and an outfeed table are standard; bevel cutting is an option.
Key features
High-speed axes and chuck
The V12 reaches 2 G axis acceleration and 200 r/min chuck rotation, which shortens the positioning moves between cuts on small tube. Cycle time still depends on the part and the cut length.
Dual adaptive and concave roller supports
Adaptive and concave rollers support the tube either side of the cut and hold it against movement while the chuck rotates at speed. This keeps thin-wall tube steady at the cutting head.
Continuous support from loading to unloading
Supports follow the tube through automatic loading, cutting and unloading to the outfeed table, so a long length is carried for the whole cycle rather than only in the cutting zone.
Front-shift chuck for minimal tailing
The front chuck advances on servo drive so the final part is cut close to the end of the bar, leaving a short remnant. The chuck reaches that position without reclamping, which reduces chuck wear.
Safety guarding and full enclosure
Safety guarding and light curtains are standard; the light curtains monitor the working area and stop the machine if it is entered during operation. Full guarding is an option that encloses the machine, keeping operators outside while it cuts, loads and unloads, and contains sparks, fume and spatter. It can be paired with an additional advanced dust extraction system to draw fume out of the workshop.

Section capacities are for the standard chuck jaws, with a minimum wall thickness of 0.8 mm for clamping. Load, speed and power figures are AORE published figures; V28 figures are confirmed at quotation. Finished-part accuracy depends on material straightness, wall thickness and cutting conditions.
