The Daito NA700 is a fully automatic bandsaw purpose-built for high-volume cutting of bundled pipe, tube, angle, flat bar and other profiles. Its yoke-type vertical vices secure the full width of the pack, while the index vice provides an 800 mm shuttle stroke, or 3000 mm as an option, for accurate automatic feeding.
It is designed for steel merchants, tube processors and manufacturers that need to cut complete bundles to programmed lengths and quantities.

Yoke-Type Vertical Vices
Three yoke-type vertical vices clamp the full width of the pack from above, holding bundled pipe, tube and profiles together through the cut.
800 mm Shuttle Feed, 3000 mm Optional
The index vice provides an 800 mm shuttle stroke for accurate automatic positioning during bundle cutting, with longer lengths produced through repeated indexing. A 3000 mm shuttle stroke is available as an option for longer cut lengths.
Material Feeding Without Surface Rubbing
During material feeding, the index, main and front vices open from both sides. This reduces contact with the material and helps minimise surface marking.
8° Saw Frame with Larger Band Wheels
The saw frame is set at 8°, so the blade enters the pack progressively. Larger band wheels support blade stability, cutting accuracy and blade life.
Material Top Detector
A non-contact optical detector finds the top surface of the material before cutting, so the blade does not descend through air before reaching the pack. It needs less routine adjustment than a mechanical detector.
Programmed Lengths and Quantities
Cut lengths, sets and quantities are entered on the LCD touch panel, and the next program can be entered while the machine is cutting. Bundles are cut to the programmed schedule without re-entering data between jobs.
Raker Chip Conveyor
A raker-type conveyor carries chips out continuously while cutting fluid drains back to the reservoir, so swarf does not build up under the pack during long runs.
