The AORE F Series is an open single-platform fibre laser for sheet up to 1500 mm wide. Without an exchange table or full enclosure it takes less floor space and costs less than the enclosed production machines, and it is supplied with semi-enclosed guarding.
Sheet lengths of 3 or 6 m are available, with laser power of 3 or 6 kW. It suits workshops bringing laser cutting in-house for the first time, or adding capacity for thinner sheet.
Key features
Open single platform, semi-enclosed guarding
One open cutting platform with no exchange table keeps the footprint and purchase cost down, and semi-enclosed guarding covers the cutting area. Sheets are loaded and unloaded directly on the bed. A safety light curtain is available as an option.
Reinforced frame with anti-burn design
The frame is reinforced and uses an anti-burn design to limit thermal deformation during long runs.
Mineral fireproof bed
The bed frame is built from mineral fire-resistant material to reduce heat distortion over the working life of the machine.
Anti-collision sensing
The cutting head senses obstacles such as tipped parts and stops before striking the workpiece, reducing head and nozzle damage.
