The LGD+RW stores multiple materials beside the laser and retrieves and loads the sheet called for by the job, without forklift movement across the floor.
Sheet handling becomes a stock control function rather than a lifting task.

The sheet you need, when you need it
The system selects the storage level and delivers material to the laser according to the production schedule. Frequently used sheet is held beside the machine and forklift trips are removed from the day.
Modular storage to suit your space
The tower and loading system are configured to sheet formats, number of storage levels and the shape of the workshop. The modular 1+N design lets one storage system serve a single laser or several. Vertical storage adds material capacity without the floor area required by ground-level stacks.
Monitored material movement
Sensors and interlocks monitor sheet movement between storage, the loading system and the laser. The guarded area and access control are designed to the installation.
How much sheet are you moving to keep one laser fed?
Automated storage is specified where forklift movements and material location are costing more than floor space. Configuration is determined from materials held, number of grades and thicknesses, and the current loading method.

Full model names give the loader capacity and layer count, for example LGD3015-1000+RW3015-8 is a 3015 system with a 1000 kg loader and 8 storage layers. A 6020 build (6000 x 2000 mm, 1 to 20 mm) is also available. An 8-layer 3015 system needs about 13.5 m x 4.6 m of floor. Compatible with AORE PG, PU and H series lasers. Layer count and layout are confirmed at quotation.
