The ATL connects sheet storage, loading, laser cutting, unloading and part sorting into one line running from a single schedule.
It is the end of the road for sheet automation, and it suits a shop where forklift and crane movements between processes have become the thing limiting output.

Fully automated workflow
Loading, cutting, unloading and sorting run as one sequence without operator intervention. Labour is reduced to supervision and exception handling rather than material movement.
Central scheduling across the line
A single scheduling system allocates work across storage, cutting and sorting. Jobs are queued and re-prioritised centrally rather than set machine by machine, and the line is monitored in real time so problems are picked up and cleared early.
Continuous multi-shift operation
The structure and drives are rated for continuous high-intensity running. Automated transfer between processes removes the crane, forklift and manual sorting steps that interrupt production.
Multi-material compatibility
The line runs varying sheet materials and thicknesses within the same schedule. Nesting, cutting parameters and sorting are set per job rather than per shift.

There is no standard build. Tower size, laser, gantry reach, where material comes in and where finished parts come off are all decided by the building, the work and the output required. Send us your floor plan, your sheet sizes and your throughput and we will design a line around them.
