Coil-fed fibre laser cutting line with integrated decoiler and leveller
The AORE R Series is a coil-fed fibre laser cutting line that combines uncoiling, levelling, cutting and unloading in one machine, so individual sheets are not loaded. Feed and discharge run at the same time, allowing continuous cutting from the coil.
Four models cover cutting areas of 3050, 4050, 6050 and 12050 x 1530 mm at 1.5 to 6 kW. The line suits repeat production at steady volume, where continuous material flow reduces labour and handling against sheet-fed cutting.
Key features
Uncoiling, levelling, feeding and cutting in one line
Uncoiling, levelling, feeding and fibre laser cutting are integrated as one automated sequence, with material processed on demand from coil. Coil preparation and blank cutting are no longer separate operations with handling between them.
Fibre laser cutting to 0.03 mm
A fibre laser source from 1.5 to 6 kW cuts the levelled strip with positioning accuracy of ±0.03 mm and repositioning accuracy of ±0.02 mm. Levelling relieves stress in the coil so the sheet lies flat for a smooth cut.
Heavy-duty decoiler and machine base
A heavy-duty material rack and stress-relieved cantilever base carry the coil under high load. The decoiler uses hydraulic coil expansion and variable-frequency speed control for smooth, steady feeding. Decoiler capacity is specified to the job.
Continuous cutting along the strip
Feed and discharge run at the same time, so the line keeps cutting while finished parts are unloaded. The line is built for continuous running, with AORE quoting up to double the output of sheet-fed cutting.
