The Titan SR-DC is an all-in-one deburring and edge rounding machine for laser, plasma and flame-cut parts. Two linishing belts remove burrs and slag, then rotary roller brushes round every edge, inside and out, in a single pass on a magnetic conveyor.
Four working widths are available, 800, 1000, 1300 and 1500 mm, for parts 0.8 to 80 mm thick. A hammer module, polishing module, extra brushes and a dust collector can be added when ordering.
Key features
Touch-screen control
An LED touch screen sets belt height, conveyor speed and brush speed for each job. Opening a door stops the machine, and the safety devices are housed in the control cabinet.
Linishing belts for burrs and slag
Two sanding belts running at 18 m/s remove burrs and fine slag from the cut surface. An eccentric mounting protects the belt and contact roller, and the head height is set by servo drive.
Rotary brushes for edge rounding
Six or eight roller brushes rotate at 8 to 26 m/s and revolve at 1 to 15 rpm, rounding outer edges and inner contours, including holes, to R0.1 to R1.5 mm. Parts come off ready for coating or assembly.
Magnetic conveyor table
A full magnetic table holds steel parts down to 30 x 30 mm on a high-friction, heat-resistant conveyor belt, with feed speed variable from 1 to 10 m/min.
