Accurl IW Series Hydraulic Ironworkers
Universal hydraulic punch and shear ironworker with dual working stations.
The Accurl IW Series is a hydraulic ironworker with five working stations on one machine: punch, angle shear, flat shear, round and square bar shear, and notch. Six sizes run from 80 to 250 tonnes, each built with a standard (S) or deep (SD) throat on the punch.
Plate, flat bar, angle, round and square bar are processed on one footprint and one power connection, and optional tooling adds channel, I-beam and T-bar shearing, bending and pipe notching. Each machine is supplied with punch and dies, all five sets of blades fitted, two foot pedals and an electronic back gauge.
Key features
Five stations, one machine
Punch, angle shear, flat shear, round and square bar shear and notching run from one hydraulic power pack. Plate, flat bar, angle and bar are processed on one footprint and one power connection, without moving material between machines.
Foot pedal control
Two foot pedals on long leads operate the punch and shear ends, so both hands stay on the material. Stroke length is adjustable, so short strokes speed up thin material and repeat holes.
Tooling fitted as standard
Every machine is supplied with a round punch and die set, flat bar blade, angle shear blade, round and square bar blades and a notching blade, all installed. A quick-change coupling nut and sleeve speeds punch changes.
