The Toptec WE-270DSA and WE-350DSA are semi-automatic horizontal bandsaws for workshop cutting of bar, tube and section. The saw frame swivels from 60 degrees right to 45 degrees left, so double mitres are cut without turning the material.

The vice clamps hydraulically, the frame feeds under hydraulic control and lifts clear at the end of each cut, and the operator starts the next cycle from the foot switch. The WE-270DSA cuts to 220 mm round and 105 x 260 mm; the WE-350DSA to 260 mm round and 250 x 350 mm.

Key features

Semi-automatic cut cycle

One start clamps the hydraulic vice, feeds the blade through the cut under hydraulic control and lifts the frame clear when the cut is finished. The operator loads and starts each piece rather than working the saw frame, which keeps cut quality consistent across a batch.

Double mitre swivel frame

The saw frame swivels from 60 degrees right to 45 degrees left and locks at the set angle, while the material stays in place in the vice. Both ends of a mitred part are cut from the same side without turning the length around.

Hydraulic vice clamping

The vice closes hydraulically at the start of each cycle and opens again when the frame returns. Clamping force is the same on every piece, and no time is spent winding the vice between cuts.

Control panel with blade break detection

The electronic control panel carries indicator lights for each function, and blade breakage detection stops the saw if the blade fails. Faults are identified at the panel rather than by tracing the machine.

Built-in stand and coolant

The saw is mounted on a steel cabinet stand with the coolant tank and pump built in. It is installed as a self-contained unit, and coolant at the cut controls heat for a better finish and longer blade life.
